Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 7 to 14 days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within United Arab Emirates. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders subjected to 35 DHS shipping fees and placed before 17:00 pm during working hours will be delivered the same day (DXB Only). Otherwise, order will be delivered the next day.

Orders subjected to 25 DHS shipping fees and placed before 13:00 pm during working hours will be delivered the next day. Otherwise, order will be delivered the next next day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 10 business days using DHL standard/express delivery. Flat rate shipping fee of 50 DHS - 120 DHS applies to orders shipping to locations outside local region. We only ship to GCC countries at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 60 DHS flat rate shipping to GCC.

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside GCC.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GOLAZOO GARMENTS TRADING is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please note that order cancellations are not accepted for customized or personalized items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@golazoofootballshirts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
