Refund policy
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@golazoofootballshirts.com.
UAE Returns: We’ll arrange pickup via Quiqup Delivery and provide instructions. A flat AED 30.00 return fee applies (see Refunds below).
Outside UAE: No returns are accepted for orders shipped outside the UAE.
Note: Order cancellations are not accepted for customized or personalized items.
For questions, reach out to info@golazoofootballshirts.com.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@golazoofootballshirts.com so we can resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us with concerns about specific items.
Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, return the unwanted item per the process above (UAE only). Once approved, place a new order for your desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, no returns are accepted as this is outside the UAE. This supersedes the EU 14-day cooling-off period.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (UAE only), we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, you can choose:
- Store Credit: Issued within 1 business days as a credit to your account on our site, ready for your next purchase. No deductions apply.
- Original Payment Method: Refunded within 10-14 business days, less the AED 30.00 return fee (for UAE returns). Bank/card processing may add extra time.
If 15 business days pass after approval without seeing your refund, contact us at info@golazoofootballshirts.com.
